1. About Our Services
Kama Temple provides professional wellness and relaxation massage sessions for adults. Our services are intended solely for relaxation, stress relief and general wellbeing. They are not medical, therapeutic in a clinical sense, or a substitute for professional healthcare advice or treatment.
2. Eligibility
Our services are available only to adults aged 18 years or older. By booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to request valid identification and to decline service where age cannot be confirmed.
3. Bookings and Appointments
- All sessions are by appointment only and are subject to availability.
- Bookings are made primarily via WhatsApp on +34 642 657 673. A booking is confirmed only once we have replied to confirm your date and time.
- Please arrive at your scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid affecting other appointments.
4. Prices and Payment
- Current prices for each session are shown on our website and are quoted in euros (EUR).
- Prices may be updated from time to time. The price applicable to your booking is the one confirmed at the time of booking.
- Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as possible via WhatsApp or phone.
- Cancellations made with reasonable advance notice may be rescheduled at no charge.
- Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee, which will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session where necessary, in which case we will offer you an alternative time.
6. Health and Wellbeing
For your safety and comfort, please inform us before your session of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, pregnancy or other circumstances that may affect your suitability for a relaxation massage. We may decline or adapt a session where we consider it appropriate for your wellbeing. If you have any health concerns, we recommend consulting a qualified healthcare professional before booking.
7. Conduct and Respect
Our studio is a professional, respectful environment. We are committed to the safety and dignity of our therapists and clients at all times. Any inappropriate, disrespectful or unlawful behaviour will result in the immediate termination of the session without refund, and we reserve the right to refuse service. Our services are strictly non-sexual in nature.
8. Privacy
We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and use your information.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your statutory rights as a consumer under Spanish law are not affected.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Spanish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have.
